Our team will send a unique gift code in a separate email that can be sent directly to the recipient or added to the printable PDF. The code for digital/printable gift certificates will be sent within 8 hours when purchased during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PST). Digital gift certificates ordered on Friday after 12:00pm PST, on Saturday, or on Sunday will not be sent out until the following Monday when the team is back in the office.
Physical Gift Card: Printed on renewable hemp and FSC certified post-consumer waste fiber paper. Enclosed in a reusable sleeve repurposed from our organic canvas scraps. If you are having this mailed to a friend or loved one, please send an email to info@liteyear.us referencing your order number, with the recipient's name, mailing address, and a gift message (if you would like one to be included). Ships in 1-3 business days. Complimentary US standard shipping on orders over $100.00 USD.
Complimentary US standard shipping and RETURNS on orders over $200.00 USD
Complimentary shipping outside the US for orders over $200 USD.
Shipping rates calculated at checkout for orders under $100. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times
US: 1-3 business days once dispatched.
International: 5 - 14 business days once dispatched.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S.A may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. We are legally obligated to declare the items at their retail price. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Lite Year, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are processed in 3-5 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@liteyear.us. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We do issue refunds, we don't usually do store credit unless you ask for it. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-5 business days.
